Breakfast Attendant
About The Position
The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for preparing and serving daily breakfast buffet, greeting each guest and ensuring the guests’ are comfortable and 100% satisfied. •Providing personalized service to all guests with “Hamptonality” •Setting up and maintaining the breakfast bar as required by brand standards by preparing and setting up hot food buffet. •Preparing foods such as fresh fruit, coffee and juices. •Setting up and keeping stocked supplies of plates and eating utensils, cups and other paper products. •Keeping breakfast area clean including removing trash, cleaning breakfast area and kitchen counters, cabinets and floors •Restocking items consistently throughout the breakfast hours and preparing for the next day. •Washing serving equipment and returning to storage at the end of the shift. •Returning reusable food supplies to storage. •Other and all duties, projects, and tasks as assigned by manager.
