Breakfast Attendant
About The Position
This role is responsible for making delicious hot breakfasts possible for guests and ensuring exceptional, positive experiences for team members and guests. The Breakfast Attendant will prepare, serve, and clean up free hot breakfasts, creating a warm, comfortable, and relaxing environment. This position also ensures food safety standards are met, maintains appropriate inventory and supplies, and keeps the breakfast and lobby area clean and well-organized. A key aspect of the role is ensuring an exceptional guest experience through courteous, friendly guest service with a +1 Service attitude.
Requirements
- Ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels.
- Knowledge of hotel accommodations, the community, and breakfast hours.
- Warm and friendly manner in communicating with guests and creating a happy, comfortable, relaxing atmosphere.
- Ability to speak and receive direction (written and verbal direction) in English.
