About The Position
Home2 Suites by Hilton- Orlando Near UCF is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to join their team. This 124-suite hotel is conveniently located near the University of Central Florida, dining options, and local attractions. The hotel offers amenities such as in-suite kitchens, an outdoor saline pool, and a fitness center. The Breakfast Attendant will be responsible for preparing and serving the complimentary buffet-style breakfast, ensuring a positive guest experience, and maintaining cleanliness. Requirements
- Customer Service experience, in a hotel setting preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation.
- High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Must be able to work on weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Greeting guests as they come in to the breakfast area or lobby and assisting with any questions or issues.
- Setting up and maintaining the breakfast buffet, including preparing foods like cut fruit and coffee, stocking beverages, setting out cold and hot food items, and arranging serving dishes and utensils.
- Maintaining cleanliness of the breakfast area and kitchen during and after breakfast hours, including clearing tables, wiping spills, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and removing trash.
- Taking inventory of food, beverages, and supplies, ordering or purchasing needed items, and organizing and putting away food orders.
