About The Position
We are looking for a Break Pack (Box) Sorter to join our warehouse operations. This is a hands-on role that plays a vital part in our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Requirements
- Familiarity with pallet jacks.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
Nice To Haves
- Forklift experience is a plus (training provided).
- Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
Responsibilities
- Hand-sort Break Pack containers (boxes) based on quality through visual inspection.
- Reclaim customer-owned products and materials with care and accuracy.
- Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
- Follow safety protocols to help us achieve our Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals.
- Support your team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace ('Clean as You Go').
- May operate a forklift safely and efficiently (certification provided).
