This position is for a Bread/Batter Operator (G-3) on the 2nd Shift. The role involves setting up and operating pre-dust, batter, and breading equipment, making necessary adjustments, and performing checks on batter viscosity and breading pickup. The operator will also be responsible for entering production data into Infinity, recording ingredient usage, and adhering to GMP, SOP, and HACCP guidelines. Other duties may be assigned by management.
