This role is responsible for various tasks within the bread baking production area of the Fresh Kitchen. The worker will ensure the proper weights and lengths of finished products, perform and document quality inspections, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the baking production area. They will also assist operators in daily production operations, including setting up, proofing, and baking bread and rolls, and operating slicing machines. Other duties as assigned.
