Troubadour Golf & Field Club is seeking a Bread Baker to join the Culinary Department. This is a Full Time Position with a starting pay of $25-$28 per hour based on experience. The schedule is subject to change and includes Wednesday-Sunday, holidays, and events, with hours from 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM. The role involves producing a wide variety of high-quality breads, rolls, doughs, and baked goods from scratch, preparing, mixing, fermenting, shaping, proofing, and baking artisan breads while maintaining consistency. Key responsibilities include demonstrating expertise in various bread types, maintaining fermentation schedules, ensuring quality standards, assisting in developing new offerings, managing daily production for multiple outlets, monitoring inventory, maintaining a clean and sanitary bakery, safely operating equipment, and collaborating with culinary leadership.
