As a Baker, you will be responsible for the preparation and baking of bread and other items that are consistent with Atwater’s quality standards. You will also be required to ensure a positive company image by providing communication, and consistency to be a valuable member to the team. Atwater's is a traditional bread bakery, making sourdough and yeasted bread, from simple raw ingredients (flour, water, and salt). We are working with large quantities of dough (up to 1000 kilograms total), so the right person for this job is physically capable. The bread baker position is 4 - 10 hour shifts, mostly on your feet.
