About The Position

We’re seeking a Brand Writer with AI-first thinking. You’ll drive awareness, growth, and engagement through high-impact content, collaborating closely with marketing, design, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment with brand voice, business objectives, and audience needs. You need to be a sharp writer who can move fast, and care about producing work that actually lands, and know how to balance brand storytelling with performance optimization.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in copywriting, communications, or a related field, with a strong understanding of brand positioning, messaging development, and editorial best practices.
  • Proven ability to develop and scale compelling B2B brand narratives, preferably within SaaS or technology environments.
  • Strong expertise in brand voice development, messaging architecture, and strategic storytelling across multiple channels.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills, with a portfolio demonstrating strong brand alignment, clarity, and impact.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Growth, Product Marketing, Design, and leadership teams to shape strategic messaging initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of AI-assisted writing and workflow optimization, with the ability to leverage AI tools responsibly to enhance efficiency and creative output.
  • Excellent project management, organization, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Experience using modern marketing, SEO, analytics, social, and project management tools to inform positioning and communication strategies.
  • Above all: you are a self-starter who takes ownership, operates with urgency, and gets things done without being told what to do.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the brand positioning across channels, grounded in business priorities, audience insight, and market differentiation.
  • Develop messaging frameworks, narrative pillars, and communication strategies that strengthen and reinforce brand positioning.
  • Lead brand storytelling initiatives across campaigns, product marketing, PR, web experiences, and lifecycle communications.
  • Write and edit high-impact brand messaging and copy that delivers clarity, consistency, and emotional resonance across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to shape brand concepts, narratives, tone of voice, and strategic messaging.
  • Partner with SEO and Growth teams to create messaging that balances brand identity, audience relevance, and performance objectives.
  • Translate audience insights, keyword research, and growth priorities into compelling, human-centered brand narratives.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, positioning, and messaging across all customer-facing experiences.
  • Operate as a senior brand voice across Growth, Product Marketing, Design, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner by influencing messaging direction, positioning decisions, and communication strategy.
  • Evaluate messaging and campaign performance, test positioning hypotheses, and refine strategies based on insights and experimentation.
  • Build scalable systems, workflows, and editorial processes that support sustainable brand growth and operational efficiency.
  • Provide strategic direction and feedback to freelancers and agencies while maintaining high creative and editorial standards.
  • Leverage tools, templates, and AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency, ideation, and quality at scale.
