Brand/Visual Designer

DualEntry,
$70,000 - $120,000Onsite

About The Position

Founded in 2024, DualEntry is one of the world’s fastest-growing AI startups. Our AI-native ERP lets accounting teams achieve more in less time. $5M-ARR businesses to NYSE-listed companies trust DualEntry to automate away manual data entry work with AI. We’re finally making the one-person finance team a reality and putting the pain of legacy ERPs from the 1990’s in the past. We operate with urgency and ownership. We move fast. Since starting 18 months ago, we’ve raised $100,000,0000+ from world-class investors such as Lightspeed Venture Partners, Khosla Ventures, Contrary Ventures and Google Ventures, as well as more than 20 angel investors who’ve built, scaled, and exited some of the most impactful companies of the last decade. We got there by moving incredibly fast and hiring an exceptionally sharp, hard-working and deeply committed team from leading tech and accounting companies - Ramp, Meta, Microsoft, Lyft, PwC, Deloitte, J.P. Morgan, Bloomberg, Sage, Xero and Intuit. And some of us don't have a fancy logo on our resume and are here for a shot to prove ourselves. We’re a small team, growing fast with huge momentum - join early. As our Brand/Visual Designer, You’ll own the creative direction of DualEntry’s brand end-to-end. You set the standard, evolve the system and hold the bar across identity, web, print, events and every surface in between. This is an intense, hands-on role with full ownership. We expect you to push for excellence and raise the bar.

Requirements

  • Hardcore work ethic and high agency
  • A portfolio that makes us stop scrolling. Strong work across brand identity, web, print and event or environmental design. Multidisciplinary range is essential. We’re looking for craft and conviction, not volume.
  • You’ve built and evolved brand systems, not just executed within them. You understand the difference between a brand guide and a living identity.
  • You have a point of view about what great B2B brand looks like, and the confidence to defend it. To a CEO, a PMM, or a vendor who wants to take the easy path.
  • 4+ years of design experience in-house at a high-growth B2B SaaS company, a top-tier agency or both. The best candidates will have seen both environments.
  • You operate at both strategic and executional altitude without losing quality at either end. You can define the system and then execute the asset.
  • You’re fluent in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Tools are not a bottleneck for you.
  • High agency. You don’t wait to be told what to do next, and you don’t need creative guardrails to do your best work.

Nice To Haves

  • Webflow experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Define how DualEntry shows up in the world. You’ll make decisions that shape perception with CFOs, operators and finance teams: an audience that notices when something feels cheap and responds when something feels considered.
  • Lead dualentry.com as a living expression of the brand. From landing pages and feature pages to campaign moments, you’ll design with an obsessive eye for hierarchy, craft and conversion.
  • Drive the creative for DualEntry’s events presence: CFO dinners, conference booths, sponsored activations. You’ll ensure every physical touchpoint feels as intentional as the digital ones.
  • Build scalable systems, not one-off assets. Deck masters, social frameworks, email layouts, print templates: you’ll create the infrastructure that lets brand quality compound over time.
  • Partner directly with PMM, Marketing, and Sales as a creative strategist. You know how to receive a brief, challenge it when it’s wrong and translate positioning into visual storytelling that lands.
