About The Position

We're looking for a strategic, collaborative, and customer-focused brand strategist to join our Wayfair Professional Brand Marketing team and help shape the future of our B2B story. In this role, you'll support the development and execution of brand strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption across our professional customer base. You'll blend brand storytelling with analytical insight, partnering cross-functionally to ensure our messaging is consistent, data-informed, and aligned with customer needs. Your work will play an important part in elevating our brand, strengthening our value story, and contributing to impactful initiatives across our growing ecosystem of products, services, and customer experiences.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, or related fields (B2B experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience translating data and insights into clear marketing recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills with a proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • A passion for storytelling, a curiosity for customer behavior, and an ability to connect brand purpose with business goals.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and evolution of Wayfair Professional's brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  • Translate high-level brand goals into actionable messaging frameworks, visual guidelines, and content strategies.
  • Partner with creative, sales, and channel owners to maintain brand integrity across campaigns, assets, and product launches.
  • Synthesize performance of marketing campaigns in partnership with marketing ops to instill insights to inform future strategy.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our verticalized customer segments and collaborate with internal teams to monitor market trends and shifts, ensuring our messaging and offerings remain relevant and competitive.
  • Develop and maintain a cohesive brand architecture and messaging framework across our family of brands, ensuring clear differentiation, consistent storytelling, and seamless alignment to the overarching Wayfair Professional identity.
  • Support the Brand team by gathering and synthesizing customer insights, market trends, and feedback, translating findings into actionable recommendations that improve the end-to-end brand and product experience.
  • Support brand health tracking by partnering with research vendors to maintain frameworks, monitor key metrics, and ensure accurate reporting.
