About The Position

A Strategist to support Directors/Group Directors in identifying insights, developing competitive analyses, and writing tactical briefs. This role requires a collaborative individual with strong analytical and communication skills, a passion for healthcare marketing, and a desire to learn and grow.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in market research, strategic planning, or a related field, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop actionable insights.
  • Experience in conducting secondary research, analyzing data, and developing presentations and reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, for creating presentations and analyzing data.
  • A collaborative and team-oriented approach to work, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive and self-motivated work style, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Develop insight deep dives, initiate research projects, and manage logistics.
  • Craft research proposals, screeners, and discussion guides.
  • Analyze research findings, summarize insights, and identify implications.
  • Analyze category or competitive dynamics, including drivers/barriers and competitor advantages/disadvantages.
  • Learn to develop customer journeys and identify pain points and customer needs.
  • Craft insight statements based on qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Develop an understanding of positioning fundamentals and learn to formulate positioning statements.
  • Draft background briefing documents and tactical briefs. Learn the creative brief development process.
  • Participate in creative review meetings and provide feedback to creatives.
  • Review creative assets for alignment with the brief.
  • Assist in developing proposals, pre-reads, and workshop materials. Coordinate logistics and note-taking.
  • Compile desk research, competitive audits, and coordinate market research.
  • Participate in pitch meetings and develop storytelling materials.
