Beauty Barrage is a full-service strategic sales management team with a Field Team servicing doors across North America. They partner with leading beauty brands and provide in-store support in retailers such as Sephora, ULTA, and Bluemercury. The company employs over 200 beauty professionals and has been recognized on the Inc. 5000 list for its rapid growth. The Brand Specialist position is designed to support Beauty Barrage’s client brands in various retail environments. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, building relationships, and enhancing brand awareness within an assigned market. Brand Specialists are expected to be proactive, results-driven, and possess a strong passion for the beauty industry. This is a fluctuating, part-time role, with the work schedule varying monthly based on brand requirements and the specialist's willingness to travel.
