About The Position

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking energetic, customer-focused Brand Sales Representatives to represent Fittes at The Home Depot. In this role, you will educate homeowners, contractors, and professional installers about Fittes' premium vent covers, demonstrate product benefits, and drive customer engagement and sales through knowledgeable product recommendations. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers, building relationships with contractors, and representing an innovative home improvement brand. This role is scheduled during morning hours between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. Depending on territory assignment, associates may support either one or two store locations. One-store territories are typically serviced on Mondays and Tuesdays, while two-store territories are serviced on Mondays through Thursdays, with designated days assigned to each location. Fridays may be utilized periodically for training, special events, business needs, or other company initiatives. Requirements

  • Retail sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Home improvement or construction knowledge is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently engage customers
  • Customer-focused with a passion for helping customers find the right solutions
  • Comfortable interacting with both DIY homeowners and professional contractors
  • Enthusiasm for home improvement products and industry-leading brands
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Professional, reliable, and committed to representing premium brands positively
  • Punctual and dependable, with the ability to consistently support early morning shifts
  • Reliable transportation and access to a smartphone with dependable internet service

Responsibilities

  • Engage Home Depot customers and professional contractors in meaningful product conversations
  • Demonstrate the features and benefits of Fittes' premium vent covers
  • Recommend appropriate products based on customer projects and applications
  • Build relationships with Home Depot associates and Pro Desk teams
  • Ensure Fittes displays remain clean, organized, and fully merchandised
  • Maintain adequate product inventory and communicate any stock concerns
  • Capture visit information and activity using Channel Partners reporting tools
  • Provide product feedback and market insights from customer interactions
  • Represent both Fittes and Channel Partners professionally at all times
