About The Position

Transformative Marketing Services is seeking a full-time Brand Sales Ambassador to represent Branca USA (Fernet-Branca, Carpano, Borghetti) in the Boston / Eastern Massachusetts market. This commercially focused, trade-first role involves driving distribution, visibility, and advocacy for iconic brands. The position requires significant sales skills, brand activation, and relationship building within the on-premise spirits community. You will collaborate with distributor partners, on-premise accounts, and trade leaders to expand distribution, secure menu presence, and strengthen brand relevance. The ideal candidate understands how great brands succeed in the on-premise, can navigate the trade, and translate strategy into execution.

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in beverage alcohol (supplier or distributor preferred)
  • Strong understanding of the on-premise trade channel
  • Proven ability to influence and build trust with bartenders and account buyers
  • Commercial mindset with a track record of driving sales and distribution growth
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable owning a market
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and action-oriented
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Willingness to work nights and weekends as required
  • Ability to travel up to 15% within the market
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
  • Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
  • Must be 21+ years of age

Responsibilities

  • Expand distribution across targeted on-premise accounts
  • Secure menu placements, back bar presence, and featured cocktails
  • Support national and regional account mandates to ensure compliance and execution
  • Develop strong relationships with bartenders, buyers, and key decision-makers
  • Position Branca USA brands as essential tools behind the bar
  • Create emotional connection and advocacy within the trade
  • Champion brand standards across accounts including visibility, POS, and drink strategy
  • Partner with distributor sales teams and regional leadership to align priorities
  • Allocate activation budgets strategically to maximize ROI
  • Plan and execute trade-focused activations, events, and education sessions
  • Show up consistently in the right accounts, at the right moments
  • Support industry organizations and local hospitality communities
  • Track KPIs, distribution gains, and program effectiveness
  • Submit weekly reporting and monthly recaps via internal systems
  • Use insights to refine strategy with a test, measure, adjust mindset
