About The Position

Honey Green is seeking a dynamic and driven Brand Representative to join their team. This full-time, remote, field-based role involves working closely with the sales team to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth in the cannabis industry. The position requires a passion for the industry, creativity, strategic thinking, and strong interpersonal skills. The Brand Representative will be at the forefront of the brand, building relationships, educating consumers, and contributing to team success within the St. Louis, MO and surrounding region.

Requirements

  • 21 years of age, or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Love for human interaction and influence.
  • At least 2 years of experience within the cannabis industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a track record of building trust, meeting/exceeding quotas, and forging long-term partnerships.
  • Proven ability to thrive under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and navigate challenges effectively.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to maintaining accurate records and ensuring flawless transactions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive and motivated, with a can-do spirit that inspires those around you.
  • Deep knowledge of the Missouri cannabis market or willingness to learn.
  • Passionate about our values and committed to delivering quality.
  • Able to consistently travel throughout Missouri territory as directed.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
  • Proficient technical skills including use of MS Office, Google Drive, and CRM software.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and obtain a Missouri Agent Card.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Honey Green’s product lines to effectively educate customers and consumers.
  • Own & advocate Honey Green’s brand awareness and engagement initiatives to drive both B2B and B2C growth.
  • Assist Sales Executives in managing visual merchandising and product placement within assigned dispensary accounts.
  • Constant communication and support of your Regional Sales Director.
  • Conduct budtender training sessions to promote education and brand awareness.
  • Monitor store traffic, collect feedback, and gather market intelligence.
  • Capture video and photo content of in-store events for social media purposes.
  • Activate in-house brands and represent them at customer-facing events such as trade shows and expos.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion regarding company matters.
  • Stay informed on the Missouri cannabis market, tracking trends, analyzing competitor strategies, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive experience for each client.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring consistent communication and exceeding expectations.
  • Make consultative sales recommendations based on customer pain points and desires.
  • Prospect and qualify potential high-volume B2B buyers.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support on-the-ground campaigns aimed at educating consumers, driving traffic and sales, increasing consumer awareness, and growing market share.
  • Conduct in-market research, data collection, and broad understanding of competitive products and landscape.
  • Create reports/recaps of all training sessions and events, including feedback and surveys.
  • Maintain a business toolkit/road kit and educational materials for preparing for in-store events with the overarching goal of driving unit sales.
  • Coordinate wholesale buyer in-store displays, marketing materials, and merchandise giveaways.
  • Support Sales Executives with data entry tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of CRM and customer databases, track sales activities, analyze data, and generate reports to optimize performance.
  • Manage time effectively, juggle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines with precision.
