About The Position

Start Club is seeking a motivated and personable Brand Representative to help bring our clients' brands to life through engaging, face-to-face experiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, communicating ideas, and creating positive experiences at events and promotional campaigns. As a Brand Representative, you will interact directly with consumers, introduce them to featured products and services, and deliver engaging presentations that help customers understand the value of what our clients offer.

Responsibilities

• Represent Start Club and our clients at events, promotional activations, and community campaigns.
• Create a welcoming and energetic environment for customers and event attendees.
• Initiate conversations with consumers and introduce them to featured brands, products, and services.
• Deliver engaging product presentations, demonstrations, and informational talks.
• Clearly communicate key features, benefits, promotions, and available opportunities.
• Build genuine connections with customers by understanding their interests and needs.
• Provide personalized recommendations and help customers determine which options may be the best fit for them.
• Encourage customer participation and guide interested individuals through the appropriate next steps.
• Collaborate with other Brand Representatives and team members to achieve campaign and event objectives.
• Attend training sessions to strengthen communication, presentation, and professional development skills.
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance while representing the brand.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve future campaigns.
