About The Position

Coldstream Clear is seeking an energetic, passionate, and self-motivated Brand Representative to represent our brand across Atlantic Canada. This is a primarily field-based role focused on building strong retail relationships, driving in-store execution, and growing brand presence through consistent market activity. The Brand Representative is responsible for being the primary face of Coldstream in the field, executing retail visits, delivering product education, and ensuring strong and consistent brand execution.

Requirements

Strong understanding of, and passion for, the Coldstream brand and product lineup
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Atlantic Canada
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Self-directed and highly organized with the ability to manage a field-based schedule independently
Comfortable speaking to groups and engaging with the public in a variety of settings
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required

Responsibilities

Represent Coldstream as the face of the brand during retail visits and staff trainings
Conduct product tastings and promotional sampling programs across Atlantic Canada
Educate retail staff, consumers, and trade partners on Coldstream’s current and new product portfolio
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, store teams, and brand advocates across assigned markets
Plan, coordinate, and execute retail visit schedules across Atlantic Canada in alignment with brand priorities
Assist with management and coordination of the Coldstream Experience Team
Organize, prepare, and deliver promotional materials to corporate and agency liquor stores
Gather and communicate field insights, consumer feedback, and retail observations to support marketing and sales strategy
Ensure all brand touchpoints deliver consistent, high-quality consumer experience
Required to keep Coldstream's CRM and Work management systems up to date
