About The Position
Alumni Hall is seeking a Brand Representative/Sales Associate to join their team. This part-time position involves direct customer interaction, merchandise handling, and operational tasks within the store. The Brand Representative will be responsible for creating a positive customer experience, maintaining store appearance, and processing sales transactions. A working knowledge of collegiate sports and local university activities is beneficial.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to work a schedule based upon the business needs – including holidays, nights, and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Greet and acknowledge all customers
- Assist customers with locating merchandise
- Fold, size, and replenish merchandise
- Assist in cleaning the store, cash wrap, and fitting rooms
- Assist in merchandise displays
- Communicate with the management staff any customer requests/concerns
- Operate the cash register by ringing up customer sales
- Develop a working knowledge of collegiate sports and local university activities
