About The Position
Hometown Remodeling is a well-established construction company specializing in a wide range of residential renovation projects. We’re seeking driven and personable individuals to join our team as On-Field Brand Representatives/Sales. This role is ideal for candidates with strong interpersonal skills who enjoy engaging with clients and representing a trusted remodeling brand. Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required—we provide paid training and offer competitive compensation, including performance-based bonuses and advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate and promote company's products and services - Strategically present functionality and key value propositions to prospective customers.
- Develop and foster relationships - Maintain close communications with prospects to promote customer interest in remodeling services
- Meet and exceed targets - Achieve monthly and quarterly individual and team goals for new customer acquisition.
- Efficiently utilize company online content to show homeowners our work
Benefits
- Hourly pay rate of $17.81/hr. (weekly pay)
- $200-$1,000 commission average on each closed job
