Requirements

  • 1+ year of retail sales experience
  • Familiarity with POS systems
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • A collaborative, team-first mindset
  • Ability to multitask and stay composed in high-traffic, fast-paced environments
  • Problem-solving skills and a natural sense of curiosity
  • Reliable work ethic and alignment with our brand values
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

  • Create memorable guest experiences by engaging customers, understanding their needs, and confidently recommending products they’ll love.
  • Bring the brand to life through hands-on product demos, in-depth product knowledge, and enthusiastic customer education.
  • Be the expert on current promotions, new collections, and brand initiatives to help drive sales.
  • Keep the energy high at the register, processing transactions accurately and efficiently through our POS system.
  • Support store presentation excellence by maintaining beautifully merchandised displays and a polished, organized sales floor.
  • Stay behind the scenes when needed, assisting with inventory operations like unpacking new deliveries and monitoring stock levels.
  • Deliver solutions, handling returns, exchanges, and customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Crush your goals, contributing to both personal and team sales targets.
  • Keep our space inspiring, maintaining cleanliness and organization across the sales floor and stockroom.
  • Grow with us, participating in team meetings, ongoing training, and skill-building workshops.
  • Represent the brand confidently with a professional, fashion-forward appearance that reflects our aesthetic.
