About The Position

As a Brand Representative, you will assist customers in identifying their needs and recommend appropriate products or services. You will provide product demonstrations, maintain up-to-date knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies, and product information, and process customer transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

Requirements

At least 1 year of retail sales experience.
Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Customer service experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong work ethic and a commitment to the company's values.
Ability to work in shift duty.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Active listening skills.

Proficiency in a second language is a plus.

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the sales floor and stockroom.
Participate in store meetings, training, and workshops as required.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and security measures.

Maintain a professional and polished appearance that aligns with the brand's image.
