About The Position

The Alo Brand Protection Coordinator provides essential operational and administrative support to Alo’s Brand Protection program, helping ensure the team remains organized, responsive, and prepared to support enforcement activities. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating with internal and external partners, managing key administrative processes, and preparing reports and materials that support program oversight and decision-making. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain sensitive information, and identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, operations, legal support, brand protection, or related role.
  • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage records, deadlines, and multiple priorities with accuracy and follow-through.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and similar business tools, including creating reports, trackers, and presentations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively across internal teams and external partners.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, discreet, and dependable, with sound judgment and a commitment to protecting Alo’s brand integrity and customer trust.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support, ensuring requests, documentation, approvals, vendor activities, and deadlines are accurately tracked and completed.
  • Maintain organized Brand Protection records, including enforcement files, contracts, invoices, vendor documentation, and product-authentication materials.
  • Collect and validate data from enforcement platforms, vendors, and internal teams, and prepare recurring reports, dashboards, executive summaries, and presentations.
  • Coordinate meetings, materials, and follow-up actions, and serve as a point of contact across Legal, E-commerce, Marketing, Retail, Supply Chain, Customer Care, Finance, and external partners.
  • Support vendor onboarding and administration, including documentation, system access, account setup, and required forms.
  • Process vendor invoices, track payment status, and resolve related issues.
  • Prepare Powers of Attorney and other documentation required for enforcement actions, filings, recordations, and partner engagements.
  • Track renewals, filings, recordations, and other recurring deadlines to prevent lapses.
  • Maintain and improve templates, trackers, SOPs, filing systems, and workflows to increase program efficiency and consistency.
