Salary range (but not limited to): 87,200 - 106,600 About the role Brand Planning and Reporting Advisor (12-Month Contract – Maternity Cover ) About the Role Reporting to the Brand Strategy and Campaign Manager, the Brand Planning and Reporting Advisor will coordinate the annual brand planning process and support brand performance and insights by translating metrics into optimization recommendations and producing executive-ready reporting that links brand activity to business impact. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting the dots across campaigns, channels, and customer experiences while balancing long-term brand building with measurable business objectives. This is a 12-month maternity leave replacement contract.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in brand strategy, integrated marketing, annual planning, or campaign planning roles.
  • Experience developing annual marketing plans, strategic roadmaps, or integrated campaign planning frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of brand fundamentals, campaign strategy, and multi-channel marketing ecosystems.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with creative, media, analytics, and marketing teams.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with experience using insights and data to inform decisions.
  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
  • No Canadian work experience required, however must be eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the annual brand planning process, including insights gathering, message development, and consolidation of an integrated annual brand plan.
  • Develop and refine the annual brand narrative, strategic themes, and messaging framework to guide campaigns, content, and communications throughout the year.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure brand strategy and key messages are consistently and accurately implemented across functions, channels, and customer touchpoints.
  • Support brand health tracking, including awareness, consideration, competitive performance, and campaign effectiveness to identify opportunities and inform actionable recommendations
  • Contribute to executive-ready reporting and strategic presentations that connect brand initiatives to business impact.
  • Facilitate planning workshops, stakeholder alignment sessions, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Build strong collaborative relationships across Marketing, Creative, Media, Product, Analytics, and agency partners.
