About The Position

Ramp is hiring a Brand Partnerships Manager to shape and accelerate growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations. The role will build Ramp’s brand partnerships strategy from the ground up by sourcing high-potential partners, developing relationships, structuring creative collaborations, and turning them into campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and business growth. This is a marketing role that also requires deal-making: generating partnership ideas, understanding their business value, and executing them. The candidate should bring strong creative judgment and a close read on media, sports, and culture, along with experience turning ideas into campaigns that capture attention and drive business outcomes. The role is suited to someone who moves quickly, takes ownership, and can build a function, select meaningful partners, and create distinctive collaborations. Ramp describes itself as financial infrastructure for finance teams, automating how spend flows through businesses.

  • Ability to balance brand authenticity with performance metrics, supported by strong business acumen and judgment.
  • Ability to switch between strategic planning and detailed day-to-day execution.
  • Strong interest in culture, entertainment, and sports.
