We're hiring a designer who leans motion-forward but is equally comfortable with static design. This person should be fluent in Adobe Creative Suite and able to work across social, decks, reports, brand systems, and campaign assets. Illustration skills are a plus but not required. What is required is experience creating campaigns — spec or produced — that show an ability to think in systems and build cohesive visual work across touchpoints. This hire reflects continued investment in a design team that's seeing tremendous demand. Client-side design requests consistently outpace bandwidth, marketing projects are on hold because we lack capacity, and we want to bring design thinking deeper into our data and research practice. This person will help make all of that possible.
