About The Position

Zumiez is a leading specialty retailer of action sports apparel, footwear, accessories, and hardgoods rooted in skateboarding, snowboarding, and youth culture. The Marketing Resource Manager is a key support role, allocating resources for the many types of projects across the entire portfolio in support of the Marketing Managers. This role will be keeping our projects flowing smoothly; organizing coordinator team bandwidth and coordinating creative requests and communicating timelines across stakeholders. As part of a small, dynamic, multi-hat wearing team, qualified individuals will be: able to work well in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment; self-motivated; flexible; extremely organized; very detail-oriented; tenacious yet tactful; confident and diplomatic in dealing with competing departmental objectives and varied personalities; a strong problem solver; able to work well under pressure in order to meet project deadlines; and will have a positive attitude. You’ll be the connector between creative, marketing, and production teams (print & digital), working to ensure that the right people are working on the right projects at the right time.
