About The Position

The Brand Marketing Manager will own brand strategy, positioning, and go-to-market execution across assigned PGI brands. This role is responsible for driving awareness, engagement, and revenue growth through integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, retail support initiatives, and digital storytelling. This is a highly cross-functional role that partners closely with Product, Sales, eCommerce, and Creative/Design.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of brand marketing experience
  • Experience managing product launches and integrated campaigns
  • Strong understanding of retail, marketplace, and digital marketing ecosystems
  • Proven ability to translate product features into strong consumer messaging
  • Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting performance data
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in automotive, CPG, or multi-SKU environments preferred

Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy & Positioning Define and refine brand positioning, messaging architecture, and competitive differentiation
  • Ensure consistent brand identity across packaging, digital, retail, and marketplace channels
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights
  • Campaign & Launch Execution Lead go-to-market strategy for new product launches and major brand initiatives
  • Develop integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, social, and trade channels
  • Coordinate timelines, creative briefs, and cross-functional execution
  • Own and manage launch calendars aligned with product roadmaps and retail timelines
  • Develop detailed campaign briefs and timelines to ensure seamless execution
  • Project manage marketing initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring on-time delivery across all channels
  • Retail & Channel Support Support sales with marketing materials, presentations, and retail activation assets
  • Partner with eCommerce to align messaging across Amazon, Walmart, and DTC
  • Assist with trade shows, sponsorships, and industry partnerships
  • Performance & Growth Track KPIs including brand awareness, engagement, sell-through, and campaign ROI
  • Analyze performance data and optimize initiatives accordingly
  • Identify growth opportunities across product lines and distribution channels
  • Cross-Functional Leadership Serve as the central marketing point of contact for assigned brands
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align technical features with compelling marketing narratives
  • Ensure compliance and brand integrity across all communications
  • Drive cross-functional alignment meetings and maintain visibility into launch readiness and campaign status
