About The Position

Big Easy Blends makes products designed to put smiles on people’s faces and is growing across e-commerce, specialty retail, and major grocery chains. Their TikTok presence is one of their fastest-moving sales channels. They are a small team with real momentum, looking for someone ready to build, not be handed a playbook. This role is for someone who will build the systems, own the channels, and figure out what works, touching social, e-commerce, retail compliance, email, events, and AI-powered workflows. There is no onboarding program or hand-holding; the candidate will assess what exists and start building. This role is ideal for someone who thrives when given a goal and the freedom to figure out how to reach it.

Requirements

  • Do not wait to be told what to do.
  • Demonstrated experience building things from scratch (content programs, email flows, social channels, systems).
  • Fluent and daily user of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar).
  • Comfortable on camera and capable of live-streaming on TikTok with energy and without a script.
  • Strong writing skills for captions, emails, pitch decks, producing clean, on-brand copy quickly.
  • Organized enough to manage multiple workstreams without dropping anything.
  • Desire to be part of something growing, not maintain something existing.
  • Bias to action; done beats perfect, speed beats hesitation.
  • 2+ years of hands-on marketing experience (agency, brand, or startup).
  • Demonstrated experience building something: a social channel, a campaign, a program, a system.
  • Proficient with Canva and CapCut or equivalent design and video tools.
  • Organized self-manager who tracks their own deadlines and does not need reminders.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute content strategy across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Manage TikTok Live shopping sessions (4x per week) and go live from events and trade shows.
  • Create, edit, and publish short-form video using CapCut and Canva AI.
  • Grow audience, monitor engagement, and iterate based on performance.
  • Use AI tools like Claude daily for copy, content calendars, SOPs, research, and campaign briefs.
  • Automate tasks where possible.
  • Maintain product listings across website, Amazon, and other platforms.
  • Manage TikTok Shop storefront, including listings, promotions, affiliate partnerships, and performance.
  • Keep images, descriptions, and pricing current across all channels.
  • Own presence in GS1, 1WorldSync, ICIX, and Nielsen Brand Bank.
  • Keep retailer portals (Walmart, Kroger, Target, etc.) updated.
  • Build and maintain compliance documentation.
  • Build email program in Klaviyo, including welcome flows, product launches, post-purchase, and re-engagement campaigns.
  • Write copy, segment lists, deploy campaigns, and report on email performance.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns on Walmart Connect and Instacart Ads.
  • Track ROAS, manage spend, and report results.
  • Build and maintain sell sheets, spec sheets, and sales presentations for the broker network.
  • Own a SharePoint broker hub.
  • Support retail onboarding.
  • Attend trade shows and brand activations, set up, represent the brand, and go live on TikTok.
  • Capture content in the field and repurpose it.
  • Coordinate samples, branded materials, and logistics for events.
  • Write and distribute press releases.
  • Build a media list and pitch journalists, bloggers, and podcast hosts.
  • Keep the Shopify site current.
  • Support the long-term redesign toward a shoppable, AI-personalized experience.
  • Manage retailer digital shelf content.
