Urban Outfitters is seeking a visionary Brand Marketing Lead to champion and evolve our brand legacy. Recently named to Fast Company’s "Brands That Matter" list, we are looking for a leader to amplify our brand identity and foster impact through community-led marketing. You will drive innovative, social video-first strategies and comprehensive omnichannel campaigns that resonate with our audience and create excitement for the brand. From leading experiential events and celebrity partnerships to managing the earned media landscape, you will navigate the cultural zeitgeist to support the continued growth of our direct-to-consumer business. Candidates must be able to lead concept-development and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns in partnership with key marketing and creative partners, with an ability to set clear objectives that latter up to business and brand goals. You'll thrive in our fast-paced environment, using weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews as a launchpad to craft proactive, high-impact marketing initiatives that fuel our direct-to-consumer growth.
