Requirements

  • AI software efficiency, looking for specific experience with Claude and other AI programs.
  • Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Marketing, Communications, or Business Program.
  • Experience in event planning and execution.
  • A "SaaS Native": You understand (or are eager to learn) the nuances of B2B software, PLG, and subscription economies.
  • Strong editorial eye: You notice when a font is off-brand or a comma is missing.
  • Resourceful: You’re comfortable using tools like Canva, Figma (basics), Notion, and Slack.
  • Storyteller: You can take a complex technical feature and explain why it matters to a human being.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in auditing digital presence (website, social, decks) to ensure 100% alignment with new brand guidelines.
  • Draft copy for social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter) and assist in producing brand content.
  • Conduct competitive brand analysis to identify how other SaaS leaders are positioning themselves and where we can win.
  • Assist in the planning and creative execution of virtual webinars and flagship industry events.
  • Help automate manually driven processes to increase efficiency by leveraging AI tools and technology integration.
