Brand Marketing Intern
About The Position
Altadis U.S.A. is responsible for some of the world's most renowned consumer facing brands that have shaped the industry’s premium cigar standards. Altadis U.S.A. operates production facilities in the Dominican Republic and Honduras and partners with factories in Mexico and Nicaragua. This internship provides support to the Altadis USA Brand Marketing team by developing marketing campaigns, organizing, and coordinating brand materials and information.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing or studying marketing in a University.
- Experience with marketing, customer communications, social media management, event promotion and production, content creation, and digital channel development.
- Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, & PowerPoint
- Strong work-ethic, flexibility, and willingness to get the job done and be solution-oriented
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Must be comfortable working around tobacco and attending events in smoking environments
Nice To Haves
- Retail and Cigars/Spirits industry experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist with brand marketing campaigns
- Support sales and retail marketing activities
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Help create presentations and marketing materials
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams
