About The Position

Brixton is looking for a Brand Marketing Designer who brings creative instincts and executional precision to every project. Working directly with the Creative Director, you'll translate brand direction into thoughtful, well-executed design across campaigns, e-commerce, and marketing channels. This role is for a maker: someone who cares deeply about typography, layout, and visual systems, and who takes pride in getting the details right. You'll partner with marketing, sales, and e-commerce teams to produce assets that support product launches, campaigns, retail activations, and ongoing brand needs. You may also contribute to social content and photoshoot production as part of broader team efforts. This is a full-time role based at our Carlsbad office, with an expectation of being onsite at least three days per week.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of graphic design experience with a degree in a design-related field.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong eye for typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to present and articulate ideas clearly to internal and external teams.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable managing multiple deadlines.
  • Extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Experience working with fashion, accessories or lifestyle brands.

Nice To Haves

  • Video editing (FCPX or Premiere) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design across digital touchpoints: campaigns, paid media, email, site content, and more. Strong attention to typography, layout, and brand consistency throughout.
  • Partner with sales and wholesale accounts to design and produce store windows, POP displays, and trade show booth assets.
  • Maintain organized files and asset structures, support creative workflows, and ensure deliverables are prepared correctly for internal and external partners.
  • Develop and roll out creative assets for product launches, adapting concepts across channels and formats in sync with marketing and e-commerce timelines.
  • Support photoshoots from concept through finishing. Contribute ideas and references that elevate the team's creative work.
  • Work closely with the Creative Director, marketing, sales, and e-commerce teams to bring projects from brief to completion with speed and quality.
