About The Position

We are seeking a Brand Marketing Associate with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in brand marketing within beauty, CPG, or digital marketing. This role is ideal for a results-driven marketer who thrives at the intersection of creativity and strategy. You will play a key role in developing and executing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth across digital and retail channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in brand marketing within beauty, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid media, social, SEO, and influencer marketing.
  • Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite; basic video or graphic editing skills preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and KPI tracking.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with sharp attention to detail.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset with a passion for beauty and brand storytelling.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred) and familiarity with Amazon or TikTok Shop is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and experiential channels.
  • Manage day-to-day brand marketing initiatives in alignment with the marketing calendar.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, e-commerce, social, and retention teams to ensure brand consistency and cohesive storytelling.
  • Assist with the creation of marketing briefs and coordinate campaign deliverables from concept through completion.
  • Manage the digital asset library and ensure all teams and partners have access to up-to-date creative and marketing materials.
  • Oversee the refresh and deployment of new creative assets for paid ads, website, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with design and social teams to ensure content aligns with brand standards and performance goals.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to identify industry trends, consumer insights, and competitive opportunities.
  • Provide data-backed recommendations for optimizing campaigns and improving performance across key platforms (Shopify, TikTok, Amazon, Walmart, etc.).
  • Monitor and report on campaign KPIs, making actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to manage timelines, deliverables, and post-campaign evaluations.
  • Support the planning and execution of trade shows, influencer activations, and brand partnerships.
  • Assist in optimizing digital channels, including website updates, SEO, email, SMS, and affiliate marketing programs.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce and retention teams to ensure brand alignment and enhance customer experience across touchpoints.
