About The Position

We’re looking for a creative, detail-savvy, and results-driven Brand Marketing Associate to join our team. You will help reinvent and elevate our Footcare business and drive sustained growth amongst our trusted portfolio of First Aid brands. We’re looking for a marketer who wants to flex both their entrepreneurial spirit and their large brand expertise. In this role, you’ll have the best of both worlds with a focus on: Running your own portfolio of First Aid brands like a mini start-up (budgets, forecasting, campaign, sustaining growth) and Powering the transformation of a category-leading footcare brand, turning it into an everyday staple in consumers’ lives. If you’ve got a knack for entrepreneurship, a head for strategy, and the drive to make a serious impact—this role is for you.

Requirements

  • Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Have 1+ years of relevant experience in marketing—ideally in personal care or a lifestyle brand.
  • Think creatively but stay organized—you’ve got ideas and spreadsheets.
  • Are a self-starter who takes initiative and runs with projects (you don’t wait to be told what to do).
  • Are comfortable in a fast-paced environment where evolution is constant.
  • Are a builder with a founder’s mindset: scrappy, resourceful, and unstoppable.
  • Love making things look and sound amazing, whether it’s an IG carousel or a retailer sell-in deck.
  • Are fluent in Excel, Power Point, and maybe even Canva or Adobe. Bonus points if you know your way around analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the strategy and run the execution of marketing plans including the budget & forecast
  • Collaborate with and inspire agency and internal partners to bring cohesive content to life across platforms (social, e-comm, in-store)
  • Assist in product storytelling and messaging that’s clear, differentiated, and engaging
  • Stay up on trends, TikTok & Reddit convos, and the competitive space to keep our brands fresh, relevant, and one step ahead.
  • Track and analyze brand health and category performance, community feedback, and campaign results—we love data driven insights.
  • Manage tactical execution of various marketing initiatives including review generation, healthcare professional programs, consumer promotion, packaging refreshes and more
  • Support project timelines, processes and deliverables so everything runs smoothly.
