About The Position

We are hiring an Entry-Level Brand Marketing Assistant to join our growing event marketing and fundraising team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, attending events, representing meaningful causes, and learning how successful brands and nonprofit campaigns connect with communities. No previous marketing experience is required. We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and the opportunity to grow into leadership and management roles. As a Brand Marketing Assistant, you will work directly with our team at community events, promotional campaigns, fundraising initiatives, and brand activations. This isn't a desk-bound entry-level position. You'll gain experience by working directly with people, participating in live events, and learning how marketing campaigns create real connections within communities.

Responsibilities

• Representing nonprofit and brand partners at events and community campaigns
• Engaging with the public and creating positive conversations around featured causes
• Helping execute event marketing and fundraising campaigns
• Educating community members about nonprofit organizations, campaigns, and initiatives
• Supporting event setup, coordination, and promotional activities
• Building strong relationships with customers, donors, community members, and team members
• Tracking campaign results and providing feedback to the team
• Participating in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development
• Learning marketing, communication, fundraising, customer engagement, and leadership strategies
