About The Position

Beauty Barrage is a full-service strategic sales management team with a Field Team servicing doors across North America. They work with leading beauty brands, providing in-store support in retailers such as Sephora, ULTA, and Bluemercury. With over 200 beauty professionals serving thousands of doors in the U.S. and Canada, Beauty Barrage has been recognized on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies. As a Brand Market Specialist, you will be the brand's representative in retail environments, aiming to increase sales and brand awareness. Success in this role requires a strong in-store presence, self-starting abilities, a results-oriented approach, and a passion for the beauty industry. This is a fluctuating, part-time, seasonal role with work hours varying monthly from 0-20 hours, depending on brand and retailer needs.

Requirements

Must have beauty retail experience.
Passionate about the beauty industry and knowledgeable of the in-store retail environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence.
Must be able to motivate others and work as part of a team.
Must be available on weekends.
Beauty savvy and able to represent the company image that is both polished and professional.
Must own a vehicle and be able to travel within territory.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales goals for assigned brands.
Represent brands within an assigned territory to drive sales and brand awareness.
Establish and develop strong relationships with the store teams.
Educate and train store staff on brand knowledge and product demonstration.
Execute interactive product demonstrations.
Ensure product merchandising meets company standards.
Provide critical feedback through survey responses.
Leave a positive lasting impression after each store visit.
