About The Position

Beauty Barrage is a full-service strategic sales management team with a Field Team servicing doors across North America, working with popular beauty brands in retailers like Sephora, ULTA, and Bluemercury. The company has over 200+ beauty professionals servicing over 3,000 doors in the U.S. and Canada and has been recognized on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies. As a Brand Market Specialist, you will represent assigned brands in retailers, aiming to increase sales and brand awareness. Success in this role requires creating a strong in-store presence and driving sales. Brand Market Specialists are expected to be self-starters, results-oriented, and passionate about the beauty industry. This is a fluctuating, part-time, seasonal opportunity, with a work schedule varying monthly from 0-20 hours based on brand and retailer needs and availability.

Requirements

Must have beauty retail experience
Passionate about the beauty industry and knowledgeable of the in-store retail environment required
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence
Must be able to motivate others and work as part of a team
Must be available on weekends
Beauty savvy and able to represent the company image that is both polished and professional
Must own a vehicle and be able to travel within territory
Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds

Responsibilities

Achieve sales goals for assigned brands
Represent brands within an assigned territory to drive sales and brand awareness
Establish and develop strong relationships with the store teams
Educate and train store staff on brand knowledge and product demonstration
Execute interactive product demonstrations
Ensure product merchandising meets company standards
Provide critical feedback through survey responses
Leave a positive lasting impression after each store visit
