Looking for a position that makes you smile? We’re seeking a Brand Manager to join our growing team. The Brand Manager is responsible for managing the annual brand calendar and ensuring every initiative is strategically aligned to revenue goals and executed with clarity and consistency. This position will also connect messaging, creative, and performance, ensuring every touchpoint builds trust, increases memorability, improves conversion, and fuels scalable growth.

Requirements

  • Intermediate knowledge of brand fundamentals such as positioning, voice, tone, visual identity systems and storytelling
  • Basic knowledge of consumer behavior and the creative briefing process
  • Ability to translate consumer insights and data into messaging and campaign strategy
  • Ability to communicate with team members and clinics simultaneously using multiple applications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field required
  • Three (3) years of experience in a brand marketing, consumer marketing, or product marketing position required
  • Intermediate knowledge of campaign planning and execution
  • Intermediate knowledge of competitive analysis and market research strategies
  • Intermediate knowledge of content marketing principles and storytelling frameworks

Responsibilities

  • Manage the annual and quarterly brand calendar
  • Translate brand strategy into compelling storytelling and campaign narratives that build emotional connection while supporting revenue goals
  • Strengthen and execute brand positioning, value propositions, and brand pillars to drive differentiation, increase trust, and reduce friction in the funnel
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and expression across paid, owned, earned, and in-office channels as media investment scales
  • Track various brand health metrics such as awareness, consideration, and intent
  • Translate consumer insights, performance data, and competitive intelligence into sharper messaging and integrated campaigns
  • Manage the development and execution of integrated 360° marketing planning and campaigns across digital, paid media, CRM, web, and in-practice materials
  • Develop strong, insight-driven creative briefs rooted in audience understanding and business objectives
  • Manage brand guidelines to support scalability and protect brand integrity
  • Serve as the category expert by tracking competitive dynamics and consumer trends
  • Support go-to-market strategy for new offerings and pilots with clear positioning and launch messaging
  • Identify gaps in brand perception that may be limiting awareness, consideration, trust, or conversion
  • Ensure deliverables are on brief, on time, and aligned with brand standards
  • Review marketing materials prior to launch to ensure brand consistency, accuracy, and compliance alignment
