About The Position

The Brand Manager is responsible for collaborating with cross functional teams including product development, design, engineering, and sales to develop items that execute key global brand strategies and drive brand growth and profitability.

  • Deep understanding of the consumer, global markets, competition, and trends to inform product slots and play pattern decisions

Responsibilities

  • Drive critical path process, ensuring all timelines are adhered to, financial goals are achieved, and that all stakeholders have the information they need to succeed.
  • Oversee and manage P&L to drive key brand operations including forecasting, pricing, costing, and profitability analysis in order to deliver brand financial goals.
  • Brief and support all marketing activities including (but not limited to) digital media, TV and video production, social media, eCommerce, packaging, branding, public relations, and trade shows
  • Develop the Brand Foundations, collaborate on Brand Action Plans, delivering the yearly Slots & Rationale to design.
  • Execute brand strategies and implement plans on new and existing brands in conjunction with the Senior Brand Manager/Director.
  • Regularly analyze Global POS performance, Market Analyses (Circana), competitive landscape and trends to generate new product and marketing opportunities.
  • Leverage data to discover insights and growth opportunities for the brand, driving to commercial opportunities.
  • Present new brand and product lines, strategies, plans, and results to internal sales team and external partners
  • Liaise with licensors to ensure that all key milestones, forecasts, calendars, and other critical details are aligned to and shared. Collaboration and communication with licensors are a key element of this role.
