Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Brand Manager to lead strategic contact lens brands within the U.S. Vision Care business. This role is responsible for setting brand strategy, ensuring strong execution, and delivering insight‑driven initiatives that support revenue growth and profitability. The Brand Manager will partner cross‑functionally with Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, Professional and Medical Affairs, Finance, Supply Chain, agencies, and external vendors, contributing across the full brand lifecycle from strategy and launch planning through activation and performance optimization. Responsibilities include developing and executing integrated marketing programs, managing day‑to-day brand operations, and supporting key growth activities such as demand planning, forecasting, budget management, and annual operating plan development. This position reports to the Director of Marketing and is based in Bridgewater, New Jersey.
