About The Position

YOUR OPPORTUNITY Brand Managers are quintessential to the future focus of the brand by executing strategies that sway consumers’ perception in North America Region. Your focus is on placing the consumer at the heart behind the brand strategy and prioritize programs with the highest investment potential. These strategies and activities will be across multiples channels, Above and Below the Line, and continue to lead the way for the brand’s growth. ABOUT YOU You love Brand Management and with an entrepreneurial mindset are passionate about growing our Brand as if it were your own. You are passionate about working with many different people profiles and cultures and have an influential voice to drive brand priorities. You are creative, provide the team with new ideas and inspire them to change the status quo and embrace innovation. You are the key interface for the brand across internal and external partners and have a 360-degree pulse on the brand. You will be based in Miami, Florida and will report into the Senior Brand Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field required; MBA is ideal and preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management or agency experience leading multiple marketing projects cross-functionally.
  • Experience in the brand planning cycle and working to deliver on brand goals and initiatives.
  • Background in spirits, beverage, FMCG, lifestyle, experiential marketing, or luxury brands is ideal.
  • Proven ability to manage external agencies and partners with professionalism.
  • You will have fundamental experience in multiple disciplines (e.g. PR, digital, social, experiential, media, sponsorships).
  • Basic understanding of profit drivers and have a commercial focused approach to brand planning.
  • You can analyze available information (e.g. Nielsen data) including the comprehension of the competition and category for the purposes of preparing reports, presentations, providing insights, recommendations and solving problems to grow the brand.
  • You possess verbal/written skills at all levels of an organization, and an ability to generate meaningful presentations.
  • Remain abreast of legal regulations in the industry for the country.

Responsibilities

  • Developing Winning Strategies – Create iconic brand and growth strategies
  • Support execution of a robust US market brand plan for SANTA TERESA, BACARDÍ Premium Rums, and Havana Club, strengthening brand equity and delivering against annual Brand financial and commercial targets.
  • Support the Brand Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) strategic planning process by providing brand performance analysis and analytical assessments of impact of activities.
  • Impact Culture Through Creativity – Create culture-shaping connections
  • Work with brand agency partners to ensure all brand programs and deliverables are effective in solving brand jobs to be done, including execution of PR, social, digital, and below-the-line activities.
  • Collaborate with Venezuela based joint venture team to ensure alignment and consistency on Global initiatives.
  • Support US strategic planning and execution for feet on the street programs, including Advocacy, Retail Specialist initiatives with TEAM Enterprises, and day to day management of the Premium Rum Ambassador team.
  • Manage strategic planning, development and execution of US BTL programs, working with shopper marketing to ensure SANTA TERESA, BACARDÍ Premium Rums, and Havana Club are increasingly integrated into NAM planning and commercial calendars.
  • Unlock Growth Through Innovation – Create consumer-centric innovation
  • Support Senior Brand Manager and Global Brand Partners on US innovation planning to deliver on brand jobs to be done.
  • Support marketing planning and activation of US innovations, including PR, social, digital, paid, dcom, and below-the-line activities, to ensure delivery on brand and commercial targets.
  • Drive Commercial Excellence – Lead bold execution in a fast-moving world
  • Collaborate with RMM, CP&A, and Commercial teams to ensure best in class execution of programs and the availability of tools that drive commercial performance.
  • Work with Insights to ensure measurement & evaluation (M&E) plans are in place for all marketing activities (ATL & BTL).
  • Accelerate Business Performance – Act like the brand owner
  • Lead day‑to‑day administration of the U.S. A&P budget for SANTA TERESA, BACARDÍ Premium Rums, and Havana Club, including budget tracking, monthly reconciliation, PO creation, invoice processing, and maintaining accurate forecasts and inputs.
  • Partner with Finance, CP&A, and Senior Brand Manager to provide full budget visibility, proactively identify over/under‑investment risks, and analyze spend efficiency to provide ROI driven recommendations that support brand and commercial growth.
  • Own monthly brand performance recaps, partnering with Insights, CP&A, and Commercial teams to synthesize data into meaningful narratives and opportunity spaces.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis using Nielsen and internal sources) to monitor brand health, consumption trends, competitive landscape, and channel performance
  • Identify gaps, growth opportunities, and emerging trends to inform brand planning, commercial alignment, and future IAP recommendations.
  • Support post‑program evaluation by analyzing performance of ATL and BTL activities and developing insights‑led recommendations for optimization.
