Brand Manager, Communications (Multiple Positions)

About The Position

We are hiring Associate Brand Managers into multiple Base Marketing teams. In this role, you will help drive demand and deliver business results by owning key elements of the brand operating rhythm. Your responsibilities will span performance tracking, forecasting inputs, customer programs, commercialization workstreams, and agency coordination, while partnering closely with Sales, Finance, Consumer Insights, and Operations to move the business forward.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Highly organized project driver who can manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Strong communicator who can work productively across functions and levels of the organization
  • BA/BS required
  • 3–5 years of experience, with marketing, brand, or product management experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Track brand performance across share, volume, and revenue metrics; identify key drivers and support actions to improve results
  • Support monthly performance management and demand routines with clear, driver‑based insights and recommendations
  • Partner with Sales on customer programs and external‑facing stories; track execution and evaluate outcomes
  • Own commercialization workstreams, including scope definition, timeline management, and cross‑functional coordination, to deliver strategic initiatives
  • Manage agency relationships and support day‑to‑day execution elements as needed
  • Connect short‑term work back to longer-term brand plans and critical business choices, helping keep teams aligned and progressing
