Opportunity Overview: The Licensing Coordinator will support the Americas Brand Licensing and Partnerships team across all aspects of outbound licensing and collaborations to help extend Pop Mart’s own IP’s visibility and cultural relevance. This role ensures operational excellence across partner communications, product and marketing approvals, contract administration, and internal coordination. The ideal candidate has minimum 2 years of outbound licensing and/or brand collaboration experience for character IPs. In addition to working closely with external partners, internally, they will collaborate with various cross functional partners such as product development, marketing, legal, finance, including teams in China HQ. This is a full-time onsite role out of our Culver City, CA office.
