You’re encouraged to break it and create something better.  OverviewThe Coordinator, Global Licensing, at Crocs Inc., will support the execution of the global licensed line plan to meet the strategic goals and licensor compliance. This role is highly collaborative and coordinates across multiple internal functions and external licensors. You will apply effective communication, organizational, and analytical skills to support the product creation and licensed operations process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 1-2 years product line management, project management experience, and/or licensing experience (will be collaborating with 30+ licensors at a time).
  • Must be able to multi-task and balance multiple projects at a time.
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills & attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and work collaboratively.
  • Desire to hone analytical skills and a willing to take action approach to data.
  • Must have strong Excel skills (familiar with pivot tables, compiling data, etc.)
  • Be open to learning new data systems and tools (i.e. Centric and PowerBI).
  • Should have a positive attitude and willing to be proactive about finding solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for closing out licensor SKU submissions including final samples, contractual samples, product testing, final images, etc.
  • Owns vendor set-up and issue PO’s as necessary for external vendors.
  • Manages sample maintenance and tracking for internal and external teams.
  • Supports manufacturing compliance and customs clearance process with international teams.
  • Assists business development with contract administrative tasks.
