About The Position

PRIMARY DUTIES: Work directly with the Sales team supporting and maintain all outsourced decorating processes for domestic and international licensing initiatives. Identify, prioritize, and get approval for all artwork ensuring it meets ZMC’s branding standards. Monitor, process, and document licenses and license renewals. Complete business license applications and gather required supporting documents and signatures. Research and document required operational license for company. Assist in resolving licensing issues as needed. Track and analyze all royalty reports efficiently. Perform required market research. Work with IMC, Digital Marketing, Brand and Sales to ensure projects are executed on time by coordinating efforts between the appropriate departments. Keep workback schedules to communicate timelines. Trend research for licensing that fits the brand based on requests from various departments on an as needed basis. Assist with developing prospecting for new Licenses globally. Monitor activity, implement appropriate design changes and deletions for the Asset Resource Center. Assist Licensing, IMC, Creative Services, Sales, and other departments with development of programs for the mobile design centers. Ensure clear communication and charting to manage timing expectations. Lead in the communication of international websites to ensure customers clearly understand all changes necessary to ensure timely launch. Work with IMC and related departments to launch successfully. Coordinate Licensing information to share in internal news broadcasts for the departments, which may include drafting a copy for the newsletters. Prepare power point presentations for licensing meetings, as necessary. Attend and participate in departmental meetings. Perform random duties and functions to help the licensing team as directed, including preparing sales reports, brainstorming Marketing trends and ideas, tracking programs, and gathering sales forecasts to name a few. Coordinate customer visits for the department, which can include providing PowerPoints, sales reports and scheduling calendars and conference rooms. Evaluate Customer visitation sheet and communicate with department. Coordinate trade shows and set up. Reach out to Licensors for updates on Marketing and Brand campaigns and share with related departments. Set up Licensing calendars and project sheets that need to be monitored and tracked regularly. Communicate with the departments on status regularly.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree in relevant field
  • Demonstrated Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

  • Two years of relevant experience in a project coordinator, account management, marketing, or brand licensing support role preferred, or equivalent experience and training
  • Knowledge of AX operating system preferred
