About The Position

The Licensing Product Coordinator will work to support key Brand and product initiatives and support a team consisting of the VP's and Senior Brand Managers. Their attention to detail, communication skills, and organization and follow-up skills will help the team ensure the product process is running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Experience managing processes in a product approval system such as Brand Comply
  • 1-3 years business experience in a role requiring heavy communication and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to execute multiple projects concurrently.
  • Detail oriented
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in licensing and brand extension programs a plus

Responsibilities

  • Acts as the primary liaison between the various cross functional teams on the licensing program and Earthbound teams
  • Provides support for the full licensing program across 1-2 clients, supporting brand and product needs throughout
  • Coordinate sample process from licensees (ex. Sending samples to clients)
  • Manages product approval process via Brand Comply (product approval system)
  • Provide licensees with product and packaging guidelines
  • Assist with onboarding new licensees onto Brand Comply and licensing program processes
  • Support product development and packaging process for all categories including but not limited to home, decor, confections, apparel, baby, accessories and other lifestyle categories.
  • Manages the timeline and communicates with licensees about product submissions and approvals
  • Manages projects on Monday.com to provide visibility to all members of the team
  • Initial research with direction from VP and Brand manager into opportunities for program growth in the licensed product categories.
  • Contribute to analysis of the marketplace and competitive trends.
  • Retail research and brainstorm new categories and new opportunities for appropriate retailers.
  • Work with the team to support the implementation of new licensing opportunities that have been identified.
