About The Position

We are hiring a Brand & Integrated Marketing Manager to join our Brand Marketing team. This position reports to the Director of Brand & Integrated Marketing and will take Away further by serving as a guardian of our brand identity and the architect of our campaigns.

Requirements

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of related experience in brand or marketing, with proven experience in project management of holistic campaigns
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and understand how to use those to articulate your vision

Responsibilities

  • You’ll partner with the Director and VP of Brand to translate the brand marketing vision into actionable strategies that drive increased awareness, organic reach, and brand affinity
  • You’ll manage the end-to-end planning and execution of integrated campaigns across all owned channels, ensuring seamless coordination from the creative brief to final delivery
  • You’ll lead the product marketing function with guidance from the Director and Merchandising teams, developing robust product claims, naming conventions, and compelling storytelling angles for both new launches and core collections
  • You’ll craft and present high-level creative briefs that synthesize internal data and cultural insights from Brand, Design, Merchandising, and channel teams, to drive the development of high-impact creative assets and messaging
  • You’ll manage daily marketing workstreams, including the marketing calendar and cross-functional planning decks to ensure total organizational alignment on milestones
  • You’ll synthesize cross-functional feedback during the briefing review process, ensuring alignment between teams and autonomously identifying and driving next steps
  • You’ll champion Away’s brand standards across all consumer touchpoints, evaluating execution plans with a keen eye for detail while constantly optimizing for the consumer experience
  • You’ll proactively monitor live campaign performance, identifying and actioning optimization opportunities to exceed key results
  • You’ll own post-mortem campaign reporting, helping the organization understand the strategic "why" behind results to inform future marketing plans and goals
