Requirements

5â8 years of experience in integrated marketing or brand marketing within consumer or retail sectors.
Experience in developing customer-led marketing strategies connected to commercial outcomes.
Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable marketing briefs.
Proven cross-functional collaboration capabilities in matrixed environments.
Understanding of omnichannel marketing dynamics including digital and in-store.
Experience with quarterly GTM planning and prioritization processes.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Develop integrated marketing strategies for retail programs and customer services.
Translate customer behavior and store insights into effective marketing strategies.
Create integrated briefs for Retail & Services initiatives.
Partner with creative and operational teams to ensure aligned messaging.
Serve as the marketing liaison with Retail, Store Operations, and Services teams.
Support quarterly and seasonal planning from a Retail & Services perspective.
Track performance of initiatives and leverage insights for future planning.
