About The Position

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Illustrator & Motion Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong illustration skills, the ability to bring artwork to life through animation, and a keen eye for visual storytelling. Experience in creating engaging digital illustrations for products, marketing campaigns, websites, and mobile applications is essential. Candidates with 3D illustration and animation experience will have an added advantage.

Requirements

4 or more years of professional experience as an Illustrator, Motion Designer, or a similar creative role.
Strong portfolio showcasing illustration work and animation projects.
Proficiency in industry-standard design and animation tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Rive, or similar software.
Strong understanding of composition, colour theory, typography, and visual storytelling.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
More than 2 years consistent experience with 3D illustration and animation using tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar software.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in fintech, technology, SaaS, or digital product environments.
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
Experience creating character illustrations, explainer animations, and product marketing visuals.
